Such custom training programs can be very valuable in understanding how AI can impact your business and your company, at a time when rapid changes are happening, and business models are getting broken by AI across industries.
5. AI Roadmap Consulting for companies of all sizes, especially useful for SMBs. This consulting service of 1 week duration will identify 3-5 AI use cases that can give maximum benefit to your company.
6. AI Pilot Projects, which are a natural extension of AI Roadmap Consulting, where we implement one AI use case over 8-12 weeks, to achieve tangible improvement in your business KPIs related to that use case.
7. AI Solutions, where we implement our ready-made AI solutions for your business, along with 3-6 months of support. For example, AI Agents enabled workflow automation, which improves lead qualification, or oveall lead pipeline quality. Many types of workflow automation are possible using AI Agents, and our team has expertise in this area.

Our Story
The journey of Ellumenex began long before AI became mainstream.
Our founder (Shankar AVSB) wrote his first AI program in Prolog back in 1995, while studying Electrical Engineering (to automatically control grid voltage based on 25+ technical parameters, which was often a challenge for human engineers at various crunch times). Artificial intelligence was still in its academic infancy. Since then, he’s spent nearly 30 years tracking the evolution of AI, combining it with 20 years in business consulting and financial markets and startups, helping companies across industries understand their models, challenges, and growth paths. He is helping businesses understand AI use cases and adopt AI with a clear roadmap.
Ellumenex was born at the intersection of that deep technical insight and business understanding —built to be a practical, strategic AI partner for the real world.
